My first experience was awful it took them 2 months to replace a 26x8 x1/16 thick piece of glass,I later found out that they lost the pane I brought in. Giving them the benifit that everyone has a bad day, I tried them a second time. I drove 45 minutes to have them tint my truck windows and the kid at the counter said they no longer do tinting, I asked for the mgr. or an adult and a slightly older kid comes out and says "sorry but we don't tint" so I said please update your online info so no one else has to drive for an hour and a half for nothing. I am done with this place!
Fast and friendly
If I could, I would have given this place NO STARS. Jackson Glass Co. is the most unreliable business there is. My mother's shop was broken into by a robber and we called Jackson Glass Co. The lady who answered was not only rude, but uninterested in what had happened to us. It was like she did not want our business at all. After talking to her back and forth, she finally decides, "maybe a man will come out there and get measurements". Unsure if he would come or not, we gave her our phone number for the man to contact us. He came the following day and took measurements of the window. We were pleased and happy, feeling that our window could finally be fixed. All we had to do was wait for the glass to show up. After a month and a half, the glass never showed. We never received any phone calls, nor did we see the man again. Under consideration I decided to call the glass Jackson Glass Co. again to see what is going on...the women answered again, rude and uninterested, nothing has changed. She put me on hold and came back shortly saying, "Well he laid the paper work of the measurements on my desk but I had place other paper work on top of it and forgot." No apologies, no remorse. No thank you. I understand if she was at least apologetic about it but she really did not care. She added, "so do you still want it or not?" If you want to get your glass repaired or replace, your better off doing it yourself. I will never call this place ever again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody.
