This walmart is to small. If I dont get ther onthe day they stock I may not get what I need. Its a nice store most of the employee's are friendly it is jist too small to handle th amount of people that come through there on a daily basis
Good customer service for the most part however limited selection compared to other walmarts.
Bad service, creepy/mean employees. They all act like they have a log up their you know what. They are so unorganized and They have a bad selection compared to every other walmart I've been to. This walmart needs to be closed down or completely recreated and the whole staff needs to be replaced. Do the smart thing and just drive to the walmart in Thomasville or mobile or anywhere other than here. Unless you want you or your girlfriend to be sexually assaulted. Or if you want to be mugged in the parking lot. or if you want your children to be to be kidnapped
Their selection is okay. If you intend to get in and get out quickly don't count on it. Half the time the quickest option is to check yourself out through self checkout because you're lucky if they have two registers open with actual cashiers. The registers that are open are always crowded to include the speedy checkout for 20 items or less. If they run out of something in stock they rarely get it back in. It is easy to say that it is the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at, and I get excited about going to Walmart in other places because the options and service is so much better. If you intend on using the restroom go to the one in the back because the one up front is rarely decent. If you are picking up or wanting to have prints of photos done be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to locate the employee for that department if you can locate an employee to locate the photo employee at all. If you need an electronic that is locked up you'll wait just as long. This is one of the only two grocery stores in the town (my hometown) and it is basically the only option. You have one other place to go and even though this place is the best priced that is all they have going for them. It is inconvenient and dreadful. If you are going to Mobile you are better off shopping there. I has been here most of my life, and though the options as far as choices have gotten somewhat better anything would be an improvement.
They have all the new self checkout systems and a decent selection. It's not a super center so you cannot get vehicle work. Employees are friendly enough. Store stays pretty well stocked and traffic moves fluently for the most part.
